Easy Cold Brew Coffee
Cold brew coffee is unbelievable easy to make, and for anyone that enjoys coffee, this recipe is a must.
- 50 g coarsely ground coffee
- 350 ml filtered water
Place the ground coffee in a large mason jar. Add the water, then stir. Cover and set aside for 12 to 24 hours at room temperature.
Strain the coffee through a fine-mesh sieve lined with a coffee paper filter over a large bowl. Repeat this process twice.
Store the strained cold brew concentrate in the fridge.
To serve, pour over ice and add milk if desired.
